Michigan House Chairman Tells Dominion CEO to Appear Before His Committee or Be Subpoenaed

Headlines Politics U.S.

The Chairman of the Michigan House Committee on Government Oversight, Rep. Matt Hall, has issued an ultimatum to the top executive at Dominion Systems: appear before our committee or be subpoenaed.

Hall made the demand in a letter addressed to Dominion CEO John Poulos.

Hall sent an invitation to Poulos to appear before the committee on November 23 that went unanswered.

“If Dominion chooses to ignore this second request…I am prepared to seek legislative subpoena power to compel your appearance,” Hall wrote. “I am hopeful that it would not come to this.”

Dominion stands accused in several lawsuits in Michigan (as well as a slew of other states) of manipulating votes during the Nov. 3 election.
