Michigan Attorney Confirms Votes Were Switched by Dominion: “It Was Not Human Error” – Emergency Motion Filed to Lift Protective Order on Forensic Examination Results

Attorney Matt DePerno has filed an emergency motion with the Antrim County, MI, circuit court seeking to lift a protective order on the results of a forensic data examination of Dominion voting machines in the county.

A judge granted a motion yesterday to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel to keep the results of the exams sealed.

A vote switch of several thousand votes during the Nov. 3 election from President Trump to Joe Biden was attributed first to a “software glitch” and then more recently to “human error.”

DePerno disputes those claims and says the evidence from the exams shows it was not human error.

“…Benson said it happened by human error,” DePerno told Newsmax last night. “We’ve discovered that’s not true. That’s a lie. It didn’t happen by human error. It happened through a computer program called Dominion Voting Systems.”

“And through our lawsuit we were able to get access to the Dominion Voting System program and my team went in last Sunday and we took forensic images of that computer system. Sixteen CF data cards, 16 thumb drives and we got a forensic image of the actual tabulation machine in the Antrim County clerk’s office…” DePerno said.
