President Trump’s legal team has filed an emergency petition in the Supreme Court of Georgia.
The move came just hours after the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a case brought by the state of Texas alleging massive voter fraud against Georgia and 3 other battleground states.
The petition calls for a review of the court order of Justice Constance C. Russel earlier this month. The Trump campaign contends Russell was not qualified to preside over the election contest or enter orders in the case.
