The U.S. Supreme Court has docketed a case brought by the Trump campaign that is seeking to invalidate 50,000 ballots cast in Wisconsin.

The campaign had previously argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court that more than 50,000 ballots were cast fraudulently. Those ballots, the campaign says, were either cast by voters without identification, incomplete absentee ballots or cast by hand at events held before the election.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected that claim and tossed out the suit, saying the campaign waited too long to raise its concerns. The suit was filed in early December.
