Individuals at a Canadian health clinic were found to have been injected with saline solution in lieu of the Covid vaccines. It was the third such incident to have taken place in the U.S. and Canada since March.
Patients were mistakenly injected with saline instead of a Covid vaccine at a Walgreens pharmacy in North Carolina in recent days. The mistake only affected a “limited number of the patients” according to Walgreens.
In March, a Kroger clinic in Virginia mistakenly injected customers with empty syringes instead of actual vaccines. Kroger originally believed the customers were injected with saline and called it an “honest mistake.” It would later be discovered the syringes were empty.
The patients in Canada – six in all – were mistakenly injected with saline at Mackenzie Health’s Covid19 vaccine clinic at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital in Vaughan, Ontario. Mackenzie Health is a Canada-based healthcare provider.
A mixture of sodium chloride (salt) and water, saline is commonly used in medicine most often to clean wounds. It can be applied topically or used intravenously. The injections are not expected to adversely affect patients.
“Our internal quality assurance processes allowed us to identify this issue in a timely manner and contact the impacted individuals to disclose the issue, offer support and have them tested for antibodies to identify those who needed to be re-injected with vaccine,” Mackenzie said in a statement.
“We sincerely apologize for the error and for the uncertainty and concern this situation has caused. We have undertaken a full review of our processes and have implemented additional safeguards to prevent this from happening again,” the statement added.

Government whistleblower @Johnheretohelp posted social media messages earlier this month in which he detailed information that said vaccines were being altered by the Biden administration in order to lessen the number of reports of adverse effects from the actual Covid vaccines.
“I have been told by more than one person at a major research hospital, confirmed at another location. That there was such a high incidence of ‘negative reactions’ to the covid vaccines, that ‘vaccine shots’ have been ALTERED,” he wrote.
“A percentage of placebo/saline have been included in shipments. These are completely neutral basically water and will do nothing. This was done by the pharmaceutical companies and the ‘Bi-den admin’ together. This was done to lessen the reports of negative reactions…” he added.
