Phantom Ballots, Ballots Sent to P.O. Boxes Found in Antrim County, Michigan, Case

Recent court filings in Antrim County, Michigan, reveal further evidence of election fraud.

Attorney Matt DePerno and his team allege 1,061 phantom ballots were used in the November 3 election in the County. A phantom ballot is a ballot used by a voter who is otherwise not legally able to vote. Examples include ballots cast by voters who have moved, do not have legal addresses or are deceased.

Additionally, DePerno and his team have discovered a nearly 100% turnout among voters between the ages of 65 and 80 – a statistical near-impossibility – and that 20% of all ballots mailed prior to the election were sent to P.O. boxes. P.O. boxes cannot be used as a valid address to receive a mail-in ballot in the U.S.

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is denying the existence of the phantom ballots in the election. “Plaintiff has provided no actual evidence of this claim because there is no such database showing such a discrepancy,” a department spokesperson told the Washington Examiner this week.

DePerno has repeatedly asked for an audit of the ballots used in the election in order to determine their legitimacy. Michigan state officials have denied those requests. In fact, Michigan state officials have fought DePerno’s requests for county documents in the case since they were first filed – in December.

The Antrim County case has resulted in the only forensic audit of Dominion Systems voting machines in the country so far. President Trump commented on the importance of the lawsuit this week.

“The major Michigan Election Fraud case has just filed a bombshell pleading claiming votes were intentionally switched from President Trump to Joe Biden,” he wrote in a statement. “The number of votes is MASSIVE and determinative. This will prove true in numerous other States.”

“All Republicans must UNIFY and not let this happen,” he added.
